How long does it take for orders to ship?
It can take up to 2 weeks for items to ship. 3D printed products are made on demand, so wait times are dependent on the current queue.
Can I return or exchange products?
Defective or damaged products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
3D printed products are NOT returnable as they are made to order, but can be exchanged if defective or damaged.
Other products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, but you are responsible for shipping costs.
My 3D printed product broke, can I buy replacement parts?
Yes, please fill out the form below with your order number and what parts you need replacements for.
When will X product be back in stock?
3D printed items will regularly restock as we finish printing current orders. We do this to ensure reasonable wait times on made to order items.
For all other items it depends on the demand for those products. If there's something you wish to see back in stock, let us know by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
